I've already opened a new Ebay account and am buying/selling through that so thankfully that's not an issue.
I just wanted to check that they aren't enforceable nor will they drag me to court

cost them more to pursue, they wont bother. I wouldn't even reply to the agencyDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
