Employment Reduced - Holiday Entitlement

Hi
Not sure if anyone can help or not.
I have been working 4 days per week and getting 28 days holidays as this was what the employer agreed he would give me since I started years ago. However, now due to business downturn I only work 2 days per week since August, this will be temporary until Jan/Feb when things pick up again. How do I work out my holiday entitlement to the end of December 2015?
Holiday leave year starts 01 January and ends 31 December.

Prorata based on the number of weeks worked at 4 days and 2 days.
But there is a complication if you use the holiday from when you worked a 4 days week to take holiday now you will get double the number of weeks off for the same days.
The way round that is to get paid for 4 days if you take a week to use up the holidays earned at that level then drop to the 2 days for the rest.
You currently work 45 weeks and get 7 weeks off
1 Aug to 31 dec is 22 weeks 1 jan to end July is 30weeks
22/52*7 is 2.96 30/52*7 4.04
2.96 weeks holiday at 2 days a week
4.04 weeks holiday at 4 days a week.0 -
