Hi all,

I wanted to find out if anyone had used used this website called lookfantastic.com they currently have 20% off but having Google search this site there seems to be mixed reviews most saying bad customer service, fake products, parts of orders missing and they never seem to turn up.

Has anyone ordered from them and has your experience with them been a positive one, would you recommend others to place an order from them?

I wanted to order lipstick and was thinking they can't go wrong with that right? Abit confused so advice would be appreciated.

I've used them before, they're fine, no fakes (not aware of them ever having sent fakes to anyone else either.) Would reorder without any issues.

I was also dubious but decided to go ahead and use the site after reading the positive comments here.

I wish I had researched further, as they have lots of negative reviews.

They sent me the wrong item (a hairbrush instead of a £40 hair styler). I had made the order up to over £50 to get the fabulous (not!!) free gift. They never sorted it out so I arranged for return.

Despite numerous e-mails, calls, and complaints I am still waiting for a refund 2 months later. They keep saying it will be 3-5 working days, but it never happens. I just don't know how else to go about getting my refund.

I'll never shop with this company again.
