Problem using redspottedhanky e-voucher

This evening I tried to book a couple of train tickets using a redspottedhanky e-voucher

After I pressed the buy button I got a message saying the booking could not be made at this time

However the balance was still deducted from my e-voucher amount
so I lost the cash on the e-voucher

Has anybody else come across this ?

I note that RSH have recently changed there payment page & there is a message about this
