Does entering multiple 'Click to Win' sites boost your chances?

Howdy
I have noticed a lot of the 'Click to Win' sites have the same competitions on their sites, but I was wondering does entering the same competition of different sites increase your chances? If so do you need to use different emails for each click to win site?

You don't need to use different e-mail addresses you can enter every competition once a day on as many of the different sites as you like.

With some you can get 1,000s of entries for the prize and if you have say 3,000 out of 1,000,000 entries you have more chance than if you just have 60.

(there is not a separate prize for each entry route)

I think it's all or nothing with Click2Wins, they are insane in the way that they make you feel the need to enter everyone everyday or you've wasted your previous efforts. Since I started them in July, I've won 5 times, but I can count on one hand the number of days where I haven't entered every single site (not all comps, but the ones I'd like). That's 3-4 hours a day so a lot of time for perhaps not a huge reward! I always make sure I do the non-click2wins on the MSE board before I do the Click2Wins.

Am I correct in thinking its one prize over all the mags with click to wins i.e one PlayStation, or does each mag with a click to win have it's own prizes?

All the entries, from potentially over 100 sites, go into one prize draw for however many prizes are on offer (usually it is just one prize but there are sometimes several of the smaller ones - the individual competitions will state if there is more than one.)
