What are my rights if I don't receive a prize

Having been informed a week ago by a radio station that I had won a prize for a show for today, what are my rights if that radio station fails to actually give me the tickets for that show that is now passed.
The last few days had been like wacky races, the radio station had failed to actually give me the tickets and their staff contradict each other in what they said and I now no longer believe any of their stories. How hard is it to provide the tickets that I had won. The show starts in a few hours time. We had made arrangement to alter our weekend plans for this show that we are no longer able to go to as the radio station had screwed up. We had to change work shifts etc.... The mess around has been annoying.
I am fed up of the poor actions by the radio station to do something about it.
If a company fails to provide the prize to prize winners, what are my options?

I can't believe the actions of this Glasgow radio station is using. It getting worst.0

You can complain to the ASA and if they find against the Radio Station they will generally ask them not to do it again and quite often a company will voluntarily try to put things right.0

If the Glasgow comment refers to the radio station I think it is (why not just name them?) then my experiences couldn't be further from yours.
I have won tickets with them 2 times. Both times they put my name on the guest list for the theatres and said just turn up at the box office and give them my name (I won with my sister in mind and both times she rocked up and got the tickets no bother even though they were in my name).
Sorry to hear of your troubles. Did you try contacting the venue/box office to see if they had record of your eligibility?0 -
We did contact the venues! they want us produce the winning letter which we don't have. We tried to reason with the radio station in question but they are dysfunctional. We have missed the show today. The reason I won't mention that radio company just yet is because I am giving them the chance to redeem themselves.0
