Employer HR sabotaging my grievance

Go to the top,
HR are just paid employees like you.
It needs to get in front of the owners or the people hired by them.
if that does not work, buy shares and get it on the agenda for a shareholders meeting.0 -
You say that you are supported by the Union and then indicate that the Union will not take on the case. You also say that there is no 'legal' basis for your claim.
It sounds very much as if your employer is right. You have no case. If you had the Union would pursue it and you would have to worry about funding litigation yourself.
What is the nature of your grievance?0
