Graded domestic appliances?

My mum is after a steam generator iron. I came across this site http://www.choicebrand.co.uk/scripts/PV/332/Tefal_Pro_Express_GV8110_Steam_Generator_Iron.html which was very cheap which made me suspicious. They sell "Graded domestic appliances". Anybody know what that means
and what choicebrand is like as a company? I can't find any reviews on it.
I do not want to buy an ex display model or a catalogue return as it may have been returned for a reason.
Thanks

I've had mixed experience with graded products, one kettle began to fall apart (handle came off, water leaked onto the electric point etc) after 3 months, whereas my toaster is still going strong after a year. I think they are catalogue/customer returns which are refurbished and guaranteed for a maximum of 3 months, some not guaranteed at all. That's as I understand it anyway, happy to be corrected

Thanks pollyskettle.
With it being electric and water I don't think I will take the chance with someone elses reject and pay the going rate through a reputable company for it.0 -
Ordered an item from them, but it never turned up.
They have not responded to any of my emails, and the 0870 number on their web page for customer services has a message that states "This number does not accept incoming calls" !!!
