FTB Mortgages and Elecoral Roll/Credit rating

Hi , looking to buy my first house using the Help to Buy Equity loan in the next 3/4 months.
Currently living with parents and have never left home. I am registered to vote and have what I believe is a good credit rating , I have never defaulted or missed any payments and have never been declined for any credit.
My parents are selling the house at present and will be moving in to rented whilst they decide what to do next, I will be going with them till I move into my own place. The problem is this property is also a new build and not registered for council tax or the electoral roll yet!!!!
I am likely to be there for only 3 months tops before applying for my mortgage. Is this likely to impact on my chances of being accepted , as I wouldn't be registered at my 'present address' even though it's short term temporary?

Register on the electoral roll where ever you live. This then provides a full history. There's an explanation behind the moves so need to concern yourself.0

The issue is that the rented house 'doesn't exist' yet as the council have yet to work out its council tax band etc0
