I Love Cashback-tracking problem

sorry if this is wrong place couldnt find anything on this

i recently joined ilovecashback.com clicked through one of the offers and bought a perfume

1 day later with no tracking listed for my purchase i message them who say they'll look into it

they come back very quickly saying it unfortunately didnt track as i was using another cashback site at the same time (iwasnt)

i asked which one they said they didnt know, so i went to the retailer wherei bought the product from who stated they dont use cashback sites

i double check this and have got it in an email them stating they cant help as they dont affiliate with them

ive gone back to ilovecashback to query this and since sending the message they have ignored me

all other messages were ansswered within hours

anyone use the site and had problems?

The other thing to be aware of with ILoveCashback is that they don't let you withdraw your money until you have at least £20 in your account. This is way higher than any other cashback sites and they don't make it clear when you first join. Unless you are going to use them for all your cashback purchases over several months or are making a purchase that will give you the £20 cashback straight away they are not worth bothering with. I would not use them again.

theyve just replied saying they use a third party tracking site so thats prob why the retailer knew nothing

anyway theyre not paying out on it
