By entering the prize draw you agree to Swinton Insurance using your entry/information/name and address for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, sending you details of our offers, services and promotions.
Terms and Conditions:

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. (Excluding Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
3. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any third party other than Swinton Insurance.
4. To enter the prize draw you must fully complete the entry form on swinton.co.uk for the chance to win a year’s Netflix premium subscription.
5. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Additional entries will not be accepted.
6. Entries on swinton.co.uk for the prize draw to win a year’s Netflix premium subscription will open on 1st December 2015 and will close at 23:59.59 on 31st December 2015.
7. The winner of the website’s prize draw for a year’s Netflix premium subscription will be contacted by email and/or telephone within two days of the prize draw ending to obtain additional information of postal address to send their prize to. The winner will then be formally announced on Tuesday 5th January 2016. If the additional information has not been received by Thursday 7th January 2016 then a re-draw for prize draw winner will take place.
8. No entries will be accepted after 23:59.59 on 31st December 2015. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. All winning entries will be picked at random by Swinton Insurance overseen by an independently appointed person.
10. The decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prizes are not transferrable, no other prizes are available and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prize.
12. Swinton Insurance does not accept any responsibility for any losses or claims, whatsoever, arising out of a winner’s use of the year’s Netflix premium subscription.
13. All submission entries will be moderated. Swinton Insurance reserves the right to not publish entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive or that are obscene.
14. Prize draw winners will be required to participate in additional publicity that may be included in, but not limited to, local and national press, Swinton Insurance’s social media campaigns and website content.
15. Employees of Swinton Group Limited and members of their families and anyone involved in the administration of the prize draws are not eligible to enter.
16. In exceptional circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control, Swinton Insurance reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any stage but we will always try to limit the effect on participants, in order to avoid disappointment.

18. Upon registration a debit/credit card will need to be added to the account, for in service purchases and for account renewal after the 12 months is up. The account renewal option can be cancelled at any time should they wish not to renew after 12 months.
