When I was on JSA for 3 months at the start of this year I didn't get help with my mortgage or any information that I could.
Just interested in what this scheme is?
Is it for single people who are home owners?

It is called Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI).
To receive it you have to meet certain criteria so do a bit of googling.
When you are on JSA the SMI doesn't start until after 13 weeks of being on JSA so that it why you didn't get it.0 -
