Today I found 4 oldish cameras - all listed on Ebay and two have already sold with buy it now - for a total of just over £100.
DH will bring packaging home from work tonight so we'll pack them up and get them off to the post office.
Have set myself a small target of trying to sell a couple of items each month. Next on my list is my old MacBook Air - but first I need to find out how to wipe the hard drive and re-set everything back to the factory settings so will check that out during the week and then get that listed.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

I can't believe it has been over a year since I last wrote in this diary! I have been following other threads on the boards though so I haven't been absent.
A lot to update on. We have managed to pay off most of our debt. We now have one CC left with 0% and £2,400 on it.
DH has retired. I will retire at the end of August.
Our plan is to live off our pensions (DH has three small pensions) and I have one pension and a lump sum. We will supplement our pensions with savings. This has taken a lot of planning on our part, but what are savings for it not to enjoy when we can?
Decision was taken to retire this year as both of us have had a couple of health scares - I am due to have a hip replacement hopefully this month. We have decided that we need to enjoy life a little bit.
We are lucky enough to own a motorhome and are planning to do up the house this year, travel around in our motorhome next year - mainly to decide where we want to live. Following year we plan to sell our house and downsize to a bungalow.
DH will be able to access another pension April next year and the following year he can access his State pension - I am still 10 years off that date!
We know its a bit of a risk, but worth taking. We have both been unhappy at our work for a while now.
Both open to the option of working a couple of shifts in a supermarket if it comes to it.
So we are now living frugally and I am absolutely loving the challenge. I have opened a Monzo account and we are using this for all the extra spending which is not on DD - so food, petrol, clothing, entertainment etc. I love my Monzo card
I am doing more cooking now DH is home and does the housework, washing etc., it has freed up so much time I cannot believe it. I can actually cook and bake and enjoy it for once.
It's scary, but its the big adventure I have been looking for all my life.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
