Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over only excluding employees or agents of Tyrrells or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter, however internet access and a valid Facebook account is required.
3. This Promotion is open from 2nd December 2015 until 4th January 2016. There will be there will be five separate Promotion Period Weeks to enter, one per week, see table below:

   A Final Draw will take place on the 5th January 2015. All the non-winners from the Weekly Draws will be entered into the Final Draw to win the Grand Prize.
4. To Enter: Visit https://www.facebook.com/tyrrellscrisps, using the Facebook app, during the Promotional Period and click on ‘Enter to Win £1000’ tab. Then submit a picture that you have transformed with the Tyrrells props, using the app, to the gallery and fill in the entry form in order to be entered into the relevant weekly prize draw.
5. Maximum of one entry per person, per Promotion Period Week during the Promotional Period. Entries that do not win in one week will be rolled over into the next week for a chance at winning. This will continue until the end of the Promotion Period.
6. The Prizes :
   
   a.) Weekly Prizes: Each week:
   i. One winner will win 1x Polaroid Snap Instant Digital Camera (White) with ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology;
   ii. Four winners will each win 1x Tyrrells Shindig Crate which includes a basket with:
   A variety of Dressing Up Props;
   4x assorted bags of Tyrrells Crisps;
   1x £50 Spotify Gift Card; and
   1x Vintage Spoon for Champagne Fizz.
   b.) Grand Prize: One winner will win 1x £1000, sent to the winner by cheque or bank transfer, towards their own shindig.
   
   Runner Up Prizes: 3 winners will each win 1x black Play:1 SONOS speaker.
7. The Spotify Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions which can be found here: www.spotify.com/uk/gift-card/
8. Winner Selection: For your total confidence, each weekly draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the promotional verification service, from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period. The draws will be conducted on the dates specified in the table at Clause 3.
9. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the relevant draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries if they:
    • contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language or imagery;
    • include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without their express permission;
    • contain immoral or obscene behaviour;
    • condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;
    • cause offence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age;
    • refer to any brand other than the Promoter; or
    • represent a danger, health and safety fear or distress.
11. The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If the winner is unable to take their prize within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly chosen entrant.
12. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of all prizes from the date of winner acceptance.
13. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of transmission, posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. By entering this Promotion you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
16. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
17. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering the promotion all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook and all entries will be subject to Facebook’s terms of use which can be found at www.facebook.com.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity, including Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities and by entering the Promotion consents to such participation.
21. The names and counties of the winners will be made available at the end of the promotion, by going to: https://apps.facebook.com/tyrrellsshindig after 1st February 2016 for 4 weeks
22. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting the prize draws or communicating with entrants. See our privacy policy here (http://www.tyrrellschips.com/welcome/rather-dull-formalities). The participants may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
24. By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
25. This Promotion is governed by English law.
