Facebook Apps not working

Apps have suddenly started refusing to load in Chrome. I have googled answers for this and the recommendations are to clear all browsing data, history and cookies. However, I really don't want to clear my cookies for obvious comping reasons.

Has anyone experienced this issue and knows how to get around it without clearing cookies?

I have had this problem for a long time and have resorted to just doing the ones that don't work in IE. Please do share if you find a solution that doesn't involve clearing cookies.

I had this issue too, I think it was the Barry M advent app that wouldn't load for me, I disabled adblocker for that page and it popped up. Hope that helps :-)
