Ordered 18 bottles of wine Sunday 29th Nov evening way before midnight expecting the 25% off 6 bottles offer to be applied..
As it was delivered Tuesday and not exactly picked up before midnight Sunday CustServ say the offer no longer applies so charged the full amount...
Yet I'm still receiving Black Friday and weekend purchases from other suppliers even now at the agreed price...

Yes you should of known it, it's clearly stated on all supermarkets websites that the price is the day of delivery/when it's picked and not when the order was placed.
