It seems that the Time History data has disappeared.

I wonder whether this is a temporary bug or whether Time History is no longer available.

Well, I suppose if you're going to have your reputation precede you that isn't a bad one!

I've just checked the Time History charts on the Demo a/c and that is all working fine so hopefully just a glitch in your a/c. We've got your support request and are dealing with it.

Only 16.10 - hours yet left for me to work....

Thank you, Jane, at Energyhive.

There are days when the data in TIME HISTORY is slow to display or doesn't display at all. Today, for instance I can see the data.

My public site is http://wattson.energyhive.com/dashboard/sterling

But the remaining problem is this:

TIME HISTORY > DAYS shows hours in a day
TIME HISTORY > WEEKS shows days in a week
TIME HISTORY > MONTHS shows days in a month
TIME HISTORY > YEARS shows nothing whatsoever

It would be nice to see months in the year.

More importantly, I would say by way of praise, that you system works extremely well while the OVO Smart Gateway has been broken for months. Perhaps your company could help them out with your software.
