my second payment to cccs for my dmp has not reached them, need to find out what has happened will they kick me off the plan.am really worried as its bank holiday and cannot contact them

Finally bit the bullit after reading loads of stuff on this site, and contacted the cccs and can now sleep at night, it made me realise that there are other people with similar problems, I can sleep easier at night now, we have a budget to stick to and nowing that all my debts are being repaid. Thats why I am worried that our last payment did not reach cccs. Ours debts total 25,000 pounds and we will be debt free in 4years 10 months. I am so ashamed because its my fault we owe all that, but at least we are on the road to paying them back, its been encouraging reading all the similar situations on here. thanks all:A

hi catcressa, when did you pay the payment by transcash? If you are looking at the cccs website sometimes the payment does not update on their system. I noticed that with my august payment but when i rang them they said they had received it but it was not showing on their website.
I was told by cccs as long as you pay by the 6th by transcash and they get the payment by the 10th it should be okay. I think they like it by the 1st of the month but it is better for us to pay by the 5th monthly so they advised a standing order.
Hope that has helped a little, try not to worry cccs are really understanding i felt the same but they are just there to help afterall.

thanks for that, paid it on the 4th , its just that my statement for this month online does not show it, will ring them on tues, feel a bit better now.:T

i paid mine for august on the 6th and when i rang them on the 14th of august it still was not showing but they said they had received it and system not updated.
I have just checked cccs wesbite and my august payment is not showing either and my statement for august does not show the payments at all.
They must have a problem with website system as i checked and they said they have payment and also i checked online with a creditor and they have received a payment for this month as well.
take care i know how worrying it is at the start, its still early days for me but i sleep a lot better now. Up late tonight as i have not used boards for a while and wanted to offer my help instead of always moaning about my own situation.

Don't worry. There is nothing you can do today. As long as you have your receipt to prove you paid them then I am sure it will all be OK.

I'm glad you've got it all sorted. There's nothing worse than worrying about money at night, when there's nothing you can do about it till morning.

Rang the cccs they said my payment had been received but late so they will pay double next month, feel much better now that Iknow whats going on.
