Zopa Loan - Accepted?

Wondering if someone can advise here. I applied for a Zopa loan on Friday after the MSE tool ranked it the most likely to be accepted. I've read Zopa can be quite strict with who they approve so I wasn't surprised when the loan wasn't approved on the spot, instead going for review and being told I'd hear from them within 48 (presumably working?) hours. I haven't heard anything since then so thought I'd log in tonight to check the status only to find it as "Approved", with a "Started On" date of yesterday and a link to the loan contract. Am I right in assuming the loan has definitely been approved? Just seems odd that I haven't heard anything from them and don't want to assume its a done deal if it can still be rejected. Will obviously give them a call tomorrow if I don't hear anything but thought someone on here might know.

Is the email in your spam folder?
I don't ever get calls from lenders telling me they've approved a loan or credit card it's all done automatically.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Hi - just wanted to see whether it resulted in you getting the loan from Zopa. I know it was quite a while ago but I am also in the same situation (applied Friday, log in details says status is accepted and then loan contract)BulletCraig wrote: »Wondering if someone can advise here.
