Enter our competition below to have the chance of winning a voucher worth £125 to attend a course at the world's premier vegetarian cookery school. We teach both the general public and professionals the many aspects of vegetarian cuisine through workshops held at our venues in Altrincham and London.
Closing date: Wednesday 16 December at 9:00. The voucher must be redeemed against a Vegetarian Society Cookery School course within 18 months. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Monday 14 December

Today you have the chance to win a hamper of Freedom Mallows. Two winners will be selected (one from Twitter, one from Facebook), all you need to do is like Freedom Mallows (/Freedomconfectionery for Facebook, @FreedomMallows for Twitter) and share the image they uploaded at midnight on 14 December.

Dee’s Wholefoods are giving away a fantastic hamper full of chilled foods. The hamper is made up of Dee's healthy delicious vegan foods, which includes Dee's tasty vegan sausages made from Irish dulse Seaweed. One sausage is only 50kcal and 7g protein and is an award winning sausage by PETA UK. They will also include some of Dee's delicious organic vegan burgers and a full range of their tasty, high protein vegan ready meal pots. Their vegan veg and quinoa pots are nutritious and filling, which make ideal vegan ready meals.
