I saw no pop-up when using Internet Explorer but I did notice the URL from gavrc's post was http://www.elemis.com/www.elemis.com/bloom-and-wild


Perhaps trying http://www.elemis.com/bloom-and-wild might help?

Thanks but when I use that link it just takes me to a page which says "thanks for entering" and I have not put in any of my details?

One problem after another!


I don't know what else to suggest, other than to delete your Internet cache/cookies (presuming you haven't done that already) and try the new link again.

Thanks, the only way I could get it through this time with the new link was in an incognito window
