It didn't make any sense to me at first either but you need to hover your mouse over the picture to find the hidden doorway which contains a clue to a particular page on the Mugglenet website. Once you've worked out the clue and found the right page you have to answer a Harry Potter trivia question and email them the answer.

I can hover over the door but it has no word and I can see a man its about a third way down on the left hand side.
