Advice for a combined slow cooker/rice cooker.

Hi,

I was on the lookout for a rice cooker (having recently burnt my other half's favourite pan) and noticed that they do slow cooker combo machines that do a lot more - e.g. porridge, rice, stews, soups, steaming vegetables etc.

I have an old slow cooker that only has an on and off button (no timer or different temperature) so if I could replace that with a newer machine that would be great.

I was just wondering whether anyone could recommend anything.
