OR address linked on CRF

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can help?

I have the OR address at Sunley House as a linked address on my CRF with Noddle. Should this link of disappeared after my discharge or when the 6yrs is up in 21 days?

Presumably was created as they become the primary contact and persona responsible regards the mortgaged property?

AS far as I am aware, a linked address should not have been created on your report like this, so you likely need to complain.

Thank you Fermi. I have complained to Noddle in as much as I have stated this is wrong. Should I complain to them in a different manner or contact the ICO?

This link doesn't appear on the Experian or Equifax accounts.

Perhaps a call to the insolvency service helpline? Followed by a call to the official receivers office for your bankruptcy if you have no joy?
