Except, I haven't ordered anything, the details are all correct, I haven't received anything, don't have an account with them, my husband hasn't ordered and used my details and I cant find a comp it would marry up with? help please oh and happy adventing

have you bought anything in store from them at any point? When I went shopping with my dad in June they took details (for comps and product reviews ect)

My daughter had one of these about a week ago.


This was about 1-2 weeks after she received an email receipt for something she never bought in a place she never visited with a debit card she doesn't own.


She replied to both of them saying this, but has yet to receive a reply from either. Quite worrying May have to make a fuss on their FB page...

Thank you, it is worrying as I now have received a direct email from them saying 'thanks for choosing us' and 'how did we do on your purchase'. Will give it a couple of days and see if a 'win' turns up and if not will contact them. x

I had one of these months ago and the same as above before i got an email about an order from somewhere I had never been with a debit card that wasn't mine etc etc. I emailed them and got a reply almost immeditely saying they were sorry etc etc but it was a computer error blah blah blah

At least you got a reply- both queries have been totally ignored!
