Fraud? Problem Property fixer

I am unsure if this is the right place to put this....
I came home yesterday, to find a card stuck to my windscreen. Saying "property problem fixer, no. 0757 2939800."
Reverse says : "i buy unsaleable, debt ridden, rundown & unloved properties. Stop repossessions".
No idea why they decided to add it to my car.
Ive typed the number into the internet, it recognises the number. But but I still don't understand who's number it is.
It doesn't seem to sit right.
My main concern is, if someone is desperate, they'll contact these people.
Any ideas x

My ex OH used to run one of these companies, they are not all bad but some definitely aren't good!
They buy properties from "distressed sellers" - people who need to sell quickly e.g. being repossessed, lots of debt, getting divorced etc. They pay less than market value.
Honestly, done properly, these companies can actually help people in need. Done badly however, they can rip people off when they are most vulnerable.0 -
Thank you for your replies.
The thing that's confused me, is the pages that come up, when I type the mobile number into google.
