What to get Girlfriend?

Hi all

No idea what to get for my GF, know she likes earrings, small ones, and other such jewellery although I wanted to also get something else on top of that but not sure.

I can think of many every day things like clothes, shoes etc. maybe something like a nice pair of high heel shoes, she does like them but not sure what the desirable ones are?

Any thoughts?

Thanks

N

Maybe a gift voucher for a boutique or fave shoe shop, if she picks them then it's a guaranteed Christmas hit.

The Pandora shop or website have a new earrings, small, silver and sparkly of a Christmas snowflake they are £50 and very pretty.

Does it have to be a surprise, perhaps ask if there is anything she would like such as a new handbag, purse, perfume or makeup brushes, or a particular designer too.

People can lust after and set their heart on certain things and unless you ask you are safer getting something else such as tickets to a show or dinner out for example.

How old is she? I'd stick with jewellery as it's guaranteed to fit, unlike shoes or clothes. Can't go wrong with a decent heart necklace or small diamond earrings. Hot Diamonds do some nice understated sterling silver stuff that doesn't break the bank.

Be aware that some retailers will not let you return unwanted earrings so you would need to be sure that she will like them.

I would steer clear of actually buying something specific like shoes, I would need to try them on and walk round in them.
Also be aware of the returns policy of any shop you might buy something from.
Retailers aren't forced to give a refund on 'I've changed my mind' although a lot do so check before you buy.

Unless you really want it to be a surprise, I'd sound her out.

One suggestion not made so far - a watch.

    Good luck with your shopping.

I agree with a voucher, maybe for a girlie treat such as a spa day at a local hotel- LivingSocial or Groupon often do offers on them.
