Post IVA right to buy mortgage

Hi,

I paid up my IVA some time ago but it the 6 years is not up until next summer.

We have the right to buy our council property but I'm really struggling to find even a glimmer of hope that this may be possible.

Any ideas?

Ta,

C

  • Welcome on board Churv.. same here - but mine was / is a ccj...

so far - what i have learnt - a combination of ccj or iva and right to buy is almost impossible to find - Halifax will consider you - but you need th right broker and etc..

Precise would have offered you - but as its right to buy - they wont consider it.

I am still searching - i will post up whatever I come across.

Please let me know how you get along also.
