My P45 was posted to the wrong person

I left my job 2 weeks ago, and they sent my P45 to someone else in the office with the same first name.

Am I entitled to compensation?

Quite possibly, and if I were you, I would try and find a very expensive employment lawyer to represent you - the more expensive the better:D
