Brilliant dianasnan - I will be looking into purchasing one of the adoption packs in the next couple of weeks for her. My hamper needed one more thing to give it that wow factor and thanks to you I think this Adopt a horse will achieve that - and its for a good cause.

    thanks so much

Thanks NickiM - after a lot of inspiration on here and a lot of bargain hunting I am doing really well with my baskets now. At first I thought people might be a bit miffed about getting one of my christmas hampers which I have made up but now that I have started doing them I am really impressed and the icing on the cake now would be if someone would make me a christmassy hamper because they really are so good. So much thought goes into one and getting the right things to go together it brings back more of the meaning of christmas. Yes its still commercialized but at least some thought has gone into it - rather than a frantic dash to do all your shopping on december 24.

Good luck and I am sure that what ever you do christmas will be magical for your little one

    xx

I find that personalised presents are always more welcomed than bought presents. I haven't done much, but I've baked people biscuits and cakes and things a few time, and have made scrapbook type thing for a friend before. I did once have the idea of composing a piece for a friend which we could play together (I play flute, he plays piano), but my compositional skills weren't up to scratch. :) Thanks for the "thanks" :D xx
