The umbrella company informed me I was employed by the agency.
I am not registered as self employed any more so have been a bit confused.
I guess I just can't face the fact I'm paying my own holiday pay lol
Yes, its so that they can meet their obligations to give you paid holidays.
If you dont use the leave, you can think of it like a little savings plan.
