Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 30th November 2015 and close at 23:59 on 16th December 2015.
4. Entrants will be asked to tell us their Christmas dream in 300 characters or less. Heart will select a minimum of 8 entries from all entries received during the competition period who will each be awarded a prize linked to their Christmas Dream.
5. Entrants may be contacted at any time during the competition period 30th November up to and including 18th December. Heart will not be able to progress any entries from entrants who cannot be reached on the telephone number provided within 24 hours of initial contact.
6. A Christmas Dream for the purposes of entry criteria is something that can make the Entrant’s Christmas magical, wonderful or special. If Global feels that fulfilment of the Dream would create engaging, shareable, entertaining content, and the Dream can be fulfilled by Global’s partner NDL as a product or service that can be purchased then the Entrant would become a winner.
7. It’s expected that each prize would be worth a minimum of £250.
8. The decision of the Breakfast show producer as to which Entrants are selected is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entrants selected will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will either take place live on-air during Heart Breakfast (6-9am) or be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another winner selected.
10. The winning moment may also happen in person and be filmed by a Global Radio film crew. By entering the competition you consent to such filming by Global Radio and hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non- exclusive licence to Global Radio to use, reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute, publish the film or audio and to distribute and/or broadcast such film or audio in whole or in part in all media and in all formats (including transmission by way of analogue transmission, digital audio broadcasting, internet, satellite, television, film, cable or telephony) and to sub-license any other persons to do so, in each case for such purposes as Global Radio may in its reasonable discretion determine.

Eligibility:
11. Entrants must be 18 or over.
12. Winners must be able to fulfill the relevant criteria for the prize e.g. A winner of a holiday abroad must have a valid passport and may be responsible for organising any VISAs, other paperwork and/or insurance required in order to travel.
13. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
14. Each winner will be offered a prize package based on their Christmas Dream.
15. The prize package is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
