It is a target driven job due to the simple fact that they only get paid by results. It is also a short term career subject to the whims and policy of the government of the day.
A4e used to have an office in these parts when Labour were in power - As soon as the Tories got in, the old contracts were scrapped and A4e failed to win the contract in this area. Some of the staff expected to get tuped over to the new provider, but were severely disappointed to find themselves out of a job.
If you like a high pressure sales job spinning lies and damnation with no prospect of job security, go for it.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
