So after sending off letters to clean up my credit file, Lloyds banking group have settled all accounts and moved all the default dates to the correct date! So have Argos and Shop Direct. Vanquis haven't done anything and haven't replied! Should I write to them again or complain to the ombudsman? The default for Vanquis comes of my credit file end of Jan 16 not quite sure if it's worth the effort or just let it fall off?

Honestly, if it comes off on 16th Jan, then I wouldn't bother if it was me.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I think your right I'm not gonna bother!
My bankruptcy comes off my file in December, but the BRU that I was given is still on my file until October next year. I've been accepted for a Capital One and Barclaycard initial so I'm not gonna be applying for anything else until after the BRU comes off!0
