I assume there is a thread for this somewhere, but I had a quick look but couldn't find one so I thought I would open one. Sorry if I am opening a duplicate.

I started on topcashback about 2 months ago and I have earned £180.89 with just doing random things, I decided I would look for cashback on things where I would spend less than I would make in cashback so I thought I would let you know how I have done it.

On some sites they draw you in by offering £5 deposit = £10.50 cashback (vernons bingo) some have special offers like a few weeks ago NetBet had: deposit £20 = Cashback £52.50 which has lowered to £26.25 now

So what I am trying to say is if you check out the gambling sites on TopCashBack then you can basically get free money. Kind of like a savings account, you put some money in but get more in return a few weeks later.

Plus you have the potential of winning more money when playing on the slots and things on these sites.

Hope this can help some people out, its helped me so I thought I would just let people know in case it helps some of you out. I don't want to encourage gambling but it is a good way to get free money
IMPORTANT! You must use TopCashBack to access the sites to get the cashback!

  • Is this legit? So if you just stick 10 Quid into a Ladbrokes sportsbook account and have a bet, you will get over 30 Quid back?
Sorry for being sceptical, but is that correct......

Yeah, I thought there was a catch, I assume they want people to sign up because of the free money but then they hope you deposit more money. If you just stick to the required amount then you will get free money.

    Here are my earnings:

  • Cashback can take many, many months to come through so once you spend the money there is no guarantee you will get the cashback through.

Plus having lots of ins and outs from casinos (and PDLs which offer decent cashback) can look a bit shifty if you are looking to borrow for a mortgage etc.

you're right about the cashback, some can take a while, but the ones I have had through already have taken 2 weeks max, still waiting for the rest, but they have been confirmed so I will get the money, just a matter of when.

As for the mortgage comment, I always use a different account, I have 3 accounts, Santander for general use and mortgage etc.. halifax for gambling sites and random spending and cash withdrawals, and a natwest account I dont really use
  • Cashback is never guaranteed and so you shouldn't ever buy/spend money just because of a cashback offer.

You may have been lucky and had them all track (so far), but it may not be the case for others.

Plus just because it has tracked does not mean it is guaranteed that it will become payable either. It can still be declined.

You can put in a claim for missing cashback, but again there is no guarantee.

Also, you need to read the terms and conditions very carefully.

It is legit, I once got £50 cashback for a £10 bingo deposit, plus made more than that back with the bingo.

However, I could quite easily have not won on the bingo, cashback may not have tracked and I would have been £10 down.

Also rare to get such a good offer!

Only reason I took a chance on that one is because it was a really good offer and I didn't mind risking £10 as a one off.

Cashback is never guaranteed. You have to read the terms and conditions carefully. Never do a cashback deal unless you can afford and are happy to risk the deposit money.

I'm glad you've thought about it. Many others won't!

You've been lucky on the speed of the cashback. I have been using quidco for years and had £1,200 in cashback and none have been anywhere near as quick as yours even using "quick payers"!
