Suit jacket - Labels and cufflink

I bought a designer suit jacket that have two brand name labels on the sleeves. It's made from fabric, attached by two stitches so I'm guessing I'm suppose to remove the labels?
Also there's this cufflink, but it's only one and it's on the chest just by the fold area. Pinned in with a buckle at the back to secure the pin. Looks like it's made from brass and has the brand insignia. Should I remove it?
