Paid Survey Sites; Rewarded Opinions

You don't make a lot of money completing surveys, but you do expect, when you've accumulated enough points to apply for a payout, to get your payment without having to keep writing and writing to a survey company about it!
I have been a member of Rewarded Opinions for a very long time now, but I have been waitingweeks and weeks for a Paypal payment from them, which they seem to be refusing to pay! I know some survey companies are terrible like this, but this is not typical behaviour of Rewarded Opinions!
Does anyone know if they have, or are going out of business?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but there just doesn't seem to be anywhere else remotely suitable for my Post.

I find payment from rewarded opinions can take up to 5 weeks to appear. Still getting surveys from them- completed two today. And cashed out about 3 months ago. Have you tried contacting them? But if its less than 5 weeks, might be worth waiting a bit longer. HTH...

It's been around five weeks, but it says in their FAQs that you should contact them if you haven't been paid within four weeks. I have written to them twice and then got a reply to my second nine days ago. They said they were processing the payment, but nothing has been paid to me. I have since written again but got no reply. They owe me around £20. It takes ages to accumulate enough points for a payout and there is no excuse for keeping people waiting so long for it! As it is, I feel I work twice as hard now, because I all too often find I answer loads of questions and then get screened out! Most survey companies ask you your age right at the beginning, but a few unscrupulous ones wait until you have answered a lot of their survey and then ask your age. If you are over retirement age, that's it! You're screened out!
I have received more surveys from R.Ops since, but I am not taking any more until they've paid me what they owe!
Haven't you noticed that the rewards for these surveys (with so many survey companies these days) are getting smaller, whilst the length of them are getting longer? Taking surveys used to be a way of getting a bit extra in the way of income; albeit almost slave labour, but now it makes me wonder whether it's worth it any more.
