Making money from Nuisance calls

Hi guys,

I saw on Dispatches a while ago a man who was taking revenge on nuisance calls and making money from it by writing letters and asking for £x/min if they call again.

I have a lot of time on my hands and also get these types of calls.

Any advice on how I can claim money back? I cannot find the dispatches episode on 4OD.

I've started logging the calls in a spreadsheet with "Date | Time | Number | Company | Comment" but I am having trouble finding the company details, I tried googling the numbers to no avail e.g. 08439800134, 03300104288

Thanks,

PJBLTD

I think he recorded them, so he had evidence in court. Also he had to specifically tell them he was going to invoice them for his time, the amount etc. There is specific wording that has to be used for it to stand up in a court of law. HTH
