A terrorist strike in Miami Beach causes havoc when it disrupts a national police convention. Fortunately a bunch of loser cops from Reno are on-hand to kick terrorist butt, lead by the g-string sporting Lieutenant Dangle (tee hee).
The movie’s based on the hit series on Comedy Central, the channel famed for bringing South Park to the world, and is written and directed by Night At The Museum writer Ben Garant.
