Personal tax allowance issues

in Cutting tax
Hi,
Ive just filled out (but not submitted) my online self assesment form. Very basic information really, essentially just money in and out, nothing at all complex or involved. However at no point has it deducted my personal tax allowance?
I called HMRC and they said all you can do is submit the return, give them 72 hours and then call to go through the form with them.
Previous years it has simply taken off the PTA as I went through.
if anyone has ANY idea why this might be happening then please do let me know!

Are you lucky enough to have total taxable income of over £120K? If so, then you get no personal allowance, as this is phased out for income over £100K.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.

Sadly not. After a lot of phone calls have discovered there was a glitch in the actual system. Now sorted.0
