Hair Transplant

I am looking for hair transplant as the most of the top of my head has very few hair. I was thinking some of the Harley Street clinics, but I wouldn't like to pay more for the same quality treatment, because it's in Harley Street. Any recommendation?

No I am in my mid 30s and I look like 50s
  • I've been in the same boat since my early 20s. If I keep mine shaved to about 1/8 inch on back and sides I don't find I look old. If I let it grow on the other hand it adds 20 years easily.

Yeah, my hair is thin on top, so I get growth on the sides and look older than I am if it grows out. But a pair of clippers all over once a week does the trick.

Regarding serious discussion, I'm afraid I have no other recommendations. I did do a little research on it years and years ago, and there are certainly a number of options. I do recall there being some hair loss forums around, so a quick google search should point you in the right direction

Or Wayne Rooney's bank balance? Good quality hair transplants don't come cheap.

You're right- as a general principle you can get just as good service as the top of the range by going somewhere less prestigious. I can't recommend anywhere specifically, but personally I'd consider the North of England. I've also heard of people travelling to Turkey for hair transplants; it's much cheaper and apparently they have good results. A dedicated hair-loss forum might have some useful advice for you.
