By the time you have paid fuel to get to the supermarket or paid for delivery then they are all similar, some will be cheap for one brand but expensive for another. Try My Supermarket to compare0

I think it really depends what you drink. And the good deals tend to be temporary special offers, so the best place to shop changes according to where the offers are.
Waitrose was doing 4 (500ml) beers for £6 recently, and £1.50 is pretty good. I think Morrisons have a similar offer on all the time. And sometimes Sainsbury's sells its own IPA for £1.25 a bottle. Occassionally there are £1 a bottle offers, but that tends to be on the less palatable beers.0 -
It depends what you buy but Aldi takes a heck of a lot of beating, as you'd expect.0

I usually set up alerts for our favourites on my supermarket.co.uk and then when a price I like comes up - I go get it!!0

There is an ongoing thread on HUKD listing the price of different drinks at different supermarkets with best prices marked.
Havn't seen it lately so you might have to search. Called MEGA something.
Not sure if Morries are still doing the two bottles for £20.0
