On-line budgetting?

Hello all,
A couple of weeks ago I followed a link by a nice person on this board to an online budget thingy that they were hosting. I think it was still a beta version, but it was very good.
Unfortunately, my computer had "problems" and lost all my favorites, so I now no longer have the URL for the site. I had registered there, so would like to use it again.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what the site might be, I'd be very grateful to hear them!
