What temperature should you cook your Christmas Turkey to?


After a little googling, the closest I found was "at least 70 degrees C" from this NHS page so I'm guessing the answer they want is 74 degrees? Anyone confirm?

I'd agree - googling 'turkey 74 degrees' brings up a few confirmations

Many thanks for the list of winners, I recalled that we are not supposed to forward the names into our forum even they are shown up in the website, maybe better put a link so we can click to go to have look at the winner list under their site as winners agreed with their T&Cs and none with here, that's why.
