NutriBullet / Nutri Ninja -- Cheaper alternatives with similar specifications

Now that the Black Friday deals are (pretty much) in full swing, I was thinking of getting either a NutriBullet or Nutri Ninja blender, but even after price reductions, I consider the deals to be quite expensive (...after all, it's just a blender!)

I've read loads of positive reviews regarding these 2 brands, and if money was no object, I was keen on the model with a 900W motor but I dont really fancy spending £70+ on blender. (£70 was the cheapest that I found online, from Tesco)

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative (Im saving my money for a deposit on a house [I have to save every penny!]). Has anyone done any research to see if any other brands do high-powered blenders?

Thank you

your problem is 'after all it's just a blender'.

with that mentality, you might as well get the crappy Brevile and call it a day.
  • its a salter one in wilkos, not a nutribullet but it has a 1000 watt motor and the review appear pretty positive. I have ordered one, will see.
