CSA Example Opting out Letter

Would anyone be able to help in an Example opting out letter to stop using the CSA? Has anyone done this themselves?

It's an opt in service, so why would you need to send a letter to opt out?
(I assume you are the PWC).

I believe the case has to be closed by the person who opened it (usually the PWC but not always). Just write to them stating that you want to close the claim from whatever date you choose and ask them to please confirm the closure in writing. If you are moving to a private agreement make sure you have everything down in writing and signed. The NRP would be unwise to start paying the PWC direct until there is written confirmation that the case is closed. We moved to a private agreement about a year ago and it is so much better for all concerned. The letter confirming case closure arrived very quickly.
