How much power does the sky fibre router and modem use?.
Along with the fridge and freezer it's about the only thing running 24/7.

4kWp, South facing, 16 x phono solar panels, Solis inverter, Lincolnshire.

you the sky modem, look at what it requires then google energy usage calc.
as for a fridge, do the same but it would depend on the fridge model/make/efficiency0 -
The Sky website says the ADSL router uses 5watts max, but powers down when internet is not being used.
I assume that both types of router would do this, thus making it difficult to calculate power usage.0 -
My Virgin Superhub 2 is about 8W, so about £8 per year at 11p per unit for electricity.
My fridge-freezers vary a bit. At rest they use about 2W and when the compressor turns on about 130W then gradually reduce to about 80W before turning off. Based on measurements of about 3 months each, one looks like it will cost about £54 per year and the other £39. They are both 2m high Liebherr/Miele of similar age (about 10 years old now)

I was worried about the Sky box itself, it's not particularly smart at going into standby mode. I only use it to get CNBC which isn't on Freeview HD :-/
Unfortunately it's not very lean on power either..0
