    My 6 years is up on 8th of December :-)

    I've got a BRU still on my file until October 16 so still another 10 months to wait but it's still a small price to pay for having my depts written off!

    For some reason my bankruptcy is already off my Equifax credit report and they never even put the BRU on there in the first place! It's reported correctly on Experian!
