Would this be any good as a budget gaming PC?

A friend is looking to buy a budget gaming PC for his 10 year old son, would this be any good?

What games are they wanting to play? The AMD processor is a good budget gaming choice as their processors have much better onboard graphics cards compared to Intel processors in that range. However I don't think that's a useful case for a gaming system as it doesn't look like there's an option to fit a dedicated graphics card and upgrade the power supply. I appreciate that may not be an issue now but the gaming performance from the machine isn't great and down the line adding a cheap discrete graphics card could improve performance quite a bit.

I haven't been following the budget gaming market for a while so I can't make any particular recommendations, the Zoostorm PC's were a popular budget choice as their cases were standard and made upgrading later on fairly easy.
