Interesting terms -

1. Competition will run from 10/12/2015 to 31/12/2015.
2. The competition prize is for a special edition Forza Motorsport 6 1TB Xbox One Console - courtesy of Blackcircles.com and Toyo.
3. To obtain an entry into the competition a customer has multiple different ways - including tweet a message, follow us on Twitter, or via a Facebook share (see below).
4. When a customer shares the competition post on Facebook – they win an extra entry for each of their friends that supports them by entering the competition from the link in their Facebook post.
5. Competition entries are not given to the customer for simply sharing the post on Facebook in accordance with Facebook rules.
6. Friends of customers sharing the competition via Facebook are doing so in support of the purchasers’ competition entries only. Friends will not receive a prize.
7. The winners will be drawn on the week commencing 04/01/2016 and contacted directly. Should Blackcircles.com be unable to contact a winner within 3 days or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. Names of winners will be posted on the Blackcircles.com Facebook page and tweeted by Blackcircles.com.
9. The prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. Winners will be drawn from all social media entries (i.e. tweets and likes) at random.
11. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK excluding Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 21 years or over, except employees of Toyo, Blackcircles.com, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
12. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the claimant agrees to abide by these rules.
13. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Blackcircles.com.
14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Blackcircles.com and accordingly Blackcircles.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Blackcircles.com as a result thereof.
